Enhancing the Amino Acid and Reducing the Metal Ions Contents in the Hydrolysate Resulting from Hydrothermal Carbonization of Chicken Feather Waste by Chemical Phosphorylation

Chemical phosphorylation of hydrolysate resulting from hydrothermal carbonization chicken feather waste was performed to enhance the amino acids and reduce metal ions content. The aim this research is improve functional properties feathers without impairing nutritional availability thereof with cheapest chemical method by phosphorylation. Phosphorylated can function as animal feed fertilizer. obtained in an alkaline condition using a CaO KOH catalyst, ratio water:dry matter 5:1, at 9–10 atm pressure, temperature 190–200 °C during 3 h. Phosphorylation has been carried out reacting H3PO4 85% pH 5, 6, 7 original control. sample that prepared characterized semi-quantitative analyzed HPLC AAS. results showed total maximum protein soluble protein, their minimum ions, anion 7, while higher pH, lower liquid obtained.
